Central Auckland

4 Lots Combo Resource Consent

Bundled (BUN) Resource Consent to build four new homes and to subdivide the land into four free-hold titles and a common driveway. Proposal required consent for vehicle crossing, height in relation to boundary, south-facing outdoor living space and overlapping outlook space.

South Auckland

3 Lots Combo Resource Consent

Bundled (BUN) Resource Consent to build 3 new homes and to subdivide the land into 3 free-hold titles with a common driveway. Application required consent due to a complex flood plain affecting a significant part of the site. Proposal required some serious redesign of layout and engineering solutions.

West Auckland

10 lot subdivision

10 lot residential subdivision application for a previously approved subdivision consent. Proposal involved consents due to lot size, access to rear lot, vehicle access and land instability. We delivered the AEE.

North Auckland

Esplanade Reserve input

Provided input in a large and complex resource consent application involving 121 dwellings located at a marina. We provided advice to the Parks department of Auckland Council on the esplanade reserve matters.

Building Consent

Resolved a complex Building Consent application to construct a gas station in South Auckland. Proposal involved a large number of Requests for Further Information, and was delayed for many months. Liaised with multiple specialists including seismic engineering, fire safety design, ventilation, lighting, hydraulics, drainage and stormwater design, accessibility issues, tech specs of finish materials and multiple Producer Statements (PS1, PS2 etc)

  • Subdivision and development potential for a range of proposals including properties located in Kaukapakapa, North Shore, Rodney, Blockhouse Bay, Lynfield, Mt Roskill, Mt Wellington, Remuera, St Lukes, Avondale, Henderson, Kelston, Massey, Ranui, Sunnyvale, Swanson, Te Atatu, Waitakere, Titirangi, Mangere, Manurewa, Papatoetoe and Ramarama.

  • Pre-purchase planning due diligence for a variety of homes across all parts of greater Auckland

  • Investigation and Design of the revitalisation of the Port Albert Wharf Reserve and the Port Albert Recreational Reserve in Wellsford
