  • Minimum parking rates have been deleted from the unitary plan. i.e. you are not required under the unitary plan to provide a parking space.

  • The above not only applies in Auckland but also in other major councils across New Zealand.

  • No minimum parking does not mean you can't provide a parking space. You may, if you wish.
